The applicants must be aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
Use of a false name, age, or biographical details will result in the application being rejected.
Applications that are incomplete or indecipherable will not be considered.
Only online entries, via the provided application procedure on listenpony.com will be considered.
All applications must be made directly by the person entering the open call
Applications made using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to computer error.
Awarded composers must attend the public premiere of the commissioned work. Travel and accommodation will not be organised by Listenpony.
Listenpony reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions at any time.
The awardees agree to the use of their name, photograph and disclosure of county of residence and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests by Listenpony relating to any award publicity.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the awardees. If the awardees cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with the terms and conditions, Listenpony reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant as selected by the same judges.
The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision.
